連鎖早餐店，可選擇的品項多，熱門時段總是一堆人，可先透過App先訂餐再前往取餐，節省時間。 缺點是周遭非常難停車，以及櫃檯等候區較狹小，點餐跟取餐會混在一起。

可能是因為線上訂餐的人太多， 所以讓人多等了十分鐘。 東西提回家發現套餐飲料明明標示中杯， 但是實際上我拿到的看起來是小杯飲料ㄋ。 套餐薯條只有十隻和紙袋只有40g 暈?‍?

店家：我希望你們聽到我的心聲！ 擺在桌面的火腿起司三明治不知道你們是否有親自吃過嗎？ 你們的火腿偏鹹（真的蠻鹹）如果只有一格放火腿就還好，但你們的夾層是放了（火腿/起司/火腿）吃起來真的超級無敵鹹的一點都不搭～ 建議（火腿/起司/蛋）這樣才是正常的組合，我當然知道早餐店無法迎合每一位顧客的口味，但不妨請自己試吃看看就知道為什麼顧客會這樣建議了? （真的太鹹）懇請老闆聽進我的心聲，天天因上班時間匆促而買三明治的客人留～

吃過這麼多家QBurger,沒遇過這麼雷⋯每次買都會有出包，不是東西少給就是東西壞掉，今天更扯，才要補上次的東西，結果買了紅茶又酸掉，已經懶得再投訴了，因為公司感覺根本沒在理會，也沒處理他們這種餐點品質，只會重做一份補給消費者，重做補給大家有用嗎？還是一樣沒做好啊，因為覺得自己生意很好，做的再爛大家還是會回購，老闆這種做生意想法真的很不行，根本就是你要吃就吃，不吃就不要來買，不缺妳一個客人的心態，真心建議大家真的不要再拿錢給他們賺了，寧願去他們斜對面欣欣廚房買，便宜又沒有這麼雷！

外帶每次每次每次備註說要醬料 沒有一次有加。 很差很糟糕。

個人覺得東西是好吃的 但價格真的偏貴 再來就是 這家店員很多 但每次點餐至少都要等十分鐘以上 如果時間很多然後對價格沒那麼在意的話 是可以推薦內用吃看看

Q burger my burger

So, this is where the OK mart used to be...It was a change for the better...LOL...I live near by, and have been wanting to try this place for sometime now, my cousin's been and says it was pretty good...I'm very glad I came in today. I ordered to go, the staff here is very polite and friendly. The team member at the Sandwich table even greeted me when I went by earlier in the morning when I was stopped at the stop light on my way to another errand first. To be honest, if I wasn't greeted today, I probably would've still gone eventually, but most likely I would've passed today, I know many staff members are polite...but, this is the the first time I've gotten a warm greeting just passing by, so, it was a huge factor getting me in today, because I was getting tired on my way back, and was thinking of just going home to sleep. But, thinking back to earlier on, it was a welcoming feeling, and even though I wasn't too hungry, and tired, I decided to go back since I knew I'd get friendly service, and when tired last thing you want is to "face off" with an impatient staff. I figured I can just buy it now, and eat it later if I don't feel like eating when I get home. I ordered 幾點牛肉漢堡套餐, I may not have the exact wording, but it's the beef burger with 2 patties, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. This is definitely one of the better burgers I've had in Taiwan, it tastes quite American to me, the fries are nicely seasoned, and the Black Tea is actually very cold (very pleased with that), and not too sweet. 2 things I'd like to see...but, I mean I'm not local so It may not make business sense...I'd like to see this place open later....I'd love to be able to come between 3pm~5pm; and for me it would be a great dinner option...and I work late here (due to the time difference)...if it were a 24 hour shop...I'd definitely be there very often - maybe it's better for my health that it's not 24 hours...haha, jokes aside, I understand it needs to make business sense to do that...maybe the demand for burgers late at night just isn't that high in the area...#2 is the APP....I'm not sure why it doesn't work on my devices, I guess it's a region thing? I'm not a programmer so I'm not going to pretend I know what's going on there or if it's an easy fix or not....but, again since those issues may or may not make business sense, I'm not going to let those things affect my rating, so, my rating completely goes back to the food and service I experienced...I'm very glad I stopped by, and I'm very happy it's just a few minutes walk away from where I live! As you can see, I really want this place to do well, and stay in business, and keep good team members so I've written a lot....I look forward to being able to keep going back....As my first review on Google...I hope I didn't over do it...but, this place really got me wanting to write a good review! :-D
