★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日6/5，11點左右向貴店訂購餐點，餐點中的雞球沒有一顆是炸熟的，若只是普通的餐點問題那也還可以體諒，但貴店的服務態度及處理方式實在讓人心寒。竟然敢將來現場反應的客人晾在一旁不搭不理，繼續點單。若貴店的待客之道如此，勸您們還是提早關門，以免惹出更大的問題，敗壞自己的品牌，連累你們的同行。若您們的管理階層看到此則訊息，最好還是加強您們的員工訓練，別用含糊帶過的態度敷衍了事。
Today, 6/5, I ordered a meal from your restaurant at around 11:00. None of the chicken balls in the meal were fried. If it is just an ordinary meal problem, it is understandable, but your restaurant's service attitude and handling methods are really good. Chilling. The guests who dared to respond on the spot in the future simply ignored them and continued to order.
