但是，工作流程有非常大的問題，站煎檯還要自己送餐？工作站配合很差很沒默契，櫃檯沒有控制出餐速度，內用外帶外送亂成一團，服務態度有待加強，開早餐店沒精神就是不尊重自己的職業。
 The 5 star rating is because the staff is really hard working, so I will give them encouragement here.
However, there is a very big problem in the work process. Do you have to deliver the food yourself at the stand-frying table? Workstation coordination is very poor, there is no tacit understanding, the counter does not control the speed of meal delivery, the internal and take-out delivery is a mess, and the service attitude needs to be strengthened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點餐到一半人員先接電話，讓電話排在我前面先做，也沒有先告知我要先接電話，這就算囉，見到顧客眼神飄移閃爍 兩眼無神 講話如喪屍般，點餐到取餐共花20分鐘（偏久），若是趕上班趕送小孩上學那不就瘋了….
希望能加強整間店的服務人員態度，老闆應該也明白問題所在，加油好嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家店的服務態度真的是很差，人員流動率也很大，每次去都會看到不同的員工，櫃檯的服務也真的是很不好，人走過去取餐也沒有人要理會，整間店服務最好的就只有那個男性店長，結帳愛理不理，連最基本的謝謝都沒有說，這不是刁難奧客，這是做服務業最基本的態度，整個消費的感覺都很不好～講話口氣也很差，到底是為什麼要這樣呢？裡面員工這麼多，但不管是內用還是外帶，出餐的速度都很慢，還會忘記餐點….公司可以好好整頓這間店的員工嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們打電話去訂餐，少做一份，又等超過半個小時以上才做好，員工訓練有待加強，因為我們訂的餐點並不多，在電話中也明確告知要訂的餐點是什麼？結果是這樣，讓我們感覺很不舒服，觀感很差，希望確實改進！

在跟客人確認餐點的時候講得很小聲一點精神都沒有
講話還挺沒禮貌的
