I live out of town, use Line to contact customer service staff, and send balloons to my relatives and friends. The customer service staff was very professional and recommended great balloon patterns and colors. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this balloon shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called to place an order and wired payment on the same day. Customer service asked that we pick up the balloons on a specific time the following day but when we got there the owner said lady who took our order forgot to place the order through. We waited for an hour so one person can prepare for our balloons. The owner said these things happen and it happens quite often with his staff. This left us with very little time to set up for a birthday party. Balloon quality is not great. Letter balloons deflate after 1 hour. I would not recommend this place!
