★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飯糰好吃，所以訂外送好多次，已經有三次飯糰加料不正確，應該是忙中出錯吧！所以都沒有跟店家反應，今天訂了四顆飯糰只送來三顆，我覺得需要請店家出貨前一定要再三確認訂單，避免這種疏失。
The rice balls are delicious, so I ordered delivery many times. There have been three times that the rice balls have been incorrectly added. It must be a mistake in the busy schedule! So I didn't respond to the store. I ordered four rice balls today and only sent three. I think I need to ask the store to confirm the order again and again before shipping to avoid this kind of oversight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人一直很喜歡吃易家紫米飯糰, 但是最近Uber eat餐點裝袋的出錯率有點高
點蔥蛋飯糰會沒有蔥蛋, 或者是會混到其他口味 (想要吃香噴噴的蔥蛋結果拿到素鬆)
希望店家可以改善, 不然等於同時會有兩筆訂單都會吃到不是自己訂的口味

但豬肉飯糰的豬肉口感吃起來有點....不太像想像中那中好吃的肉排
有在飯糰裡加點蔥蛋, 但是外送收到後發現是非常零碎零散的蛋,
幾乎吃不到蛋

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了評論，才點外送，心想不會這麼慘吧，結果真的中地雷，點了五個都寫不要加酸菜，要+錢蔥蛋，五個都一樣還可以做錯...真的是夠神奇的，如果覺得金錢&人力有限應該要拉高費用，把品質顧好。附帶一提每個飯糰的蔥蛋都份量不一，感覺是炒一大鍋用湯匙撈，有的裡面只有幾顆碎蛋團，品質不一。

It's really amazing. If you think that money and manpower are limited, you should increase the cost and take care of the quality. Incidentally, the amount of scallion eggs in each rice ball is different. It feels like frying a large pot with a spoon, and some have only a few broken egg balls, and the quality is different.
