 Unexpectedly, there are custard omelettes here. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can take them out or use them in. The proprietress is very kind and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅小攤位位於「奇園食堂」，內用空間就是在食堂裡。兩位老闆娘人很親切外，蛋餅是手工製的，屬於外皮酥脆的類型，個人很愛。鮮奶茶是500cc的，不錯喝。
PS:店家休假時間不固定，但假日都會開。如果上班要買，建議先打電話預訂。（飲料還有紅茶）
The omelette stall is located in the "Qiyuan Canteen", and the interior space is in the canteen. The two proprietresses are very friendly. The omelette is handmade and has a crispy skin. I personally love it. The fresh milk tea is 500cc, which is good to drink.
PS: The store's holiday time is not fixed, but it will be open on holidays. If you want to buy it for work, it is recommended to call to book first. (drinks and black tea)

買了五份分同事吃，大家一致都覺得很特別，有別於一般傳統的粉漿蛋餅應該比較像新創的脆皮蛋餅超香的～

I bought five servings for my colleagues to eat, and everyone agreed that it was very special. It is different from the traditional powdered egg cake and should be more like the new crispy egg cake. It is super fragrant~
The small shop is recommended for the old eaters who like custard omelette
