7/21午後很驚悚的一次經驗,剪完的當下理髮師沒有拿鏡子給我看後腦勺,完全不知道後方多慘烈,回家後家人說我頭髮遍佈團塊感、髮旋附近稀疏、整顆頭的輪廓缺角很多很像被狗啃,和我原先提供的範例相差十萬八千里之外,陳先生(不確定姓氏,7/21下午三點右方位置身高比較矮的那一位男子)的技術令人汗顏,用電推剪幾乎推整頭,層次下超重打到頭頂最上方,我現在洗完頭像鳳梨一樣炸開,怵目驚心自己看了都難過。 既然拿起了工具也掛上了職業的名牌,客人將自身的一部分交托出來,理髮師就要擔下這份信賴,今天不能說既然來百元快剪就別要求技術,問題是該店店員連理解客人需求這部分都有很大的困難,並且未經溝通擅自胡亂發揮,我髮量很多夏天很怕熱沒錯,但理髮師要用特殊手法處理髮量時應當事先告知,而不是剪完才跟客人講剛剛做了什麼行為,這樣超失控的啊!相當不尊重客人,我並不想層次被剪成這樣,幾乎要看見頭皮了⋯動刀過程之快我也根本反應不過來、無法立刻阻止,原本我的短髮只是因為太厚重想稍微修一下,剛開始看圖討論說頸部上方會推一點點,結果竟然直接往上推超過2/3的高度,回家才知道原來這麼涼快是因為層次深可見頭皮! 建議貴品牌在員工職訓時能再更嚴謹,不然分店開這麼多客人踏進去消費卻像在拿頭髮碰運氣,你不知道今天遇到的理髮師是否為地雷啊!人員有些是流動的,我遇到的這位也不一定都在高島屋,雖然他蠻客氣的也態度親切,但就是剪出來的成果令人傻眼難接受??奉勸各位三思而行,除非是要剪陽春又簡單又不在意細緻度的髮型,不然就要做好失望的準備。

I can’t react to the speed of the knife and I can’t stop it right away. Originally, my short hair was just too heavy and I wanted to fix it a bit. I started to look at the picture and discuss that I would push a little bit on the upper part of the neck, but it turned out to be more than 2/3 of the height. I went home and realized that it was so cool because the scalp was deeply visible! It is recommended that your brand be more rigorous in the staff training, otherwise the branch opened so many customers to step into the consumption but it is like trying your luck with the hair. You don't know if the barber you met today is a landmine! Some of the personnel are mobile, and the person I met may not be in Takashimaya. 剪了幾次都不錯!今天踩雷了!剃刀拿起來後,超快速刷刷刷⋯⋯心想不會是快剪100跳槽來的吧!果然剪完頭後面左右不對稱,還變成西瓜太郎、脆笛酥!看來要戴帽子一個月了!貴公司要落實教育訓練,請勿濫竽充數

Arrived at 920pm on Saturday (the shop business hour till 10pm) and waiting in line for another guest in front of me. After 20 minutes wait, the staff totally neglected my waiting and insisted to close the shop 20 minutes earlier.
