★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次經驗很差，說要剪齊瀏海，結果剪完離開，邊走邊自己撥弄頭髮後發現根本長短不齊，還超過眼睛到鼻樑，非常誇張，只好再折回去要求處理完成。剪個頭髮這麼不上心乾脆別做了，砸了QB house招牌又何必。喔，對了，是個女設計師長捲髮，務必避開！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剪髮感受非常差，服務生不知道在急什麼，動作很粗魯不太會替顧客著想。修剪過程告知希望樣式修正，回應方式態度不友善，還會與顧客有口角態度很強硬。
總公司應該要檢視店鋪重新做教育訓練，從基本禮儀開始！連最基本的微笑，理解顧客說明、甚至顧客溝通基本滿意度都做不到，感受非常差！
奉勸大家可以考慮其他店鋪心情會好很多！
