1.餐點掉地上,不發一言從地上撿起丟你桌上
2.服務人員手上拿著點單,還要大聲詢問是誰的?送錯桌面也是直接取走
3.收拾桌面發出的音量像入無人之境的霸氣!

後來變成獨立一間用餐區,也改變了點餐的做法,少了油煙,冷氣也比以前強。本意是改善客人用餐環境,也增加店內座位(以前真的常常客滿),但是…
一、聽大姊說是年輕人的想法所以才從新裝潢,但從開始用點餐機後,每個負責點餐的年輕人不是動作慢,就是講話又嗆又酸。當初我會吃這間店就是因為幾個大姊都會很熱情的招呼,把店內優點擺在後面作業,把缺點拉出來招攬客人,是嫌生氣太好?
二、採用了點餐系統,拿了號碼牌,然後送餐時一直問是誰的,不然就是送錯,拿心酸的嗎?忘了拿還會被念,之前大姊自的腦袋比這點餐機優秀多了。
三、裝潢好用餐區,卻常常看到整間沒幾個客人,但沒有一個乾淨的桌面可用。客人用餐完不收拾也不擦拭,比路邊攤還不如。
也由於用餐跟製作分成兩個地點,客人的問題跟用餐反應無法像以前一樣直接被觀察到,準備餐點的人不用直接面對客人,客人也直能間接由不懂做法的送餐人員去傳達,也許是餐點越來越差的其中一個原因。
總之裝潢更新後,環境比以前髒;用了點餐機,卻不如大姊們的腦袋有用;搞了一個獨立用餐區,卻完全放任不管,無法穩定出餐品質的話,至少要有直接的回饋機制吧?最近去吃的時候,生意跟以往真得差很多,看得出來老闆有跟其他餐廳取經,但東學一點西學一點,最後變成四不像。
上次吃到壞掉的蛤蜊後,今天去吃,又吃到酸酸的雞肉蛋餅,不知道是不是因為生意變差,所以導致食材不新鮮,但像這種無法正常與客人互動的店,再不改善就慢慢落入惡性循環中了。

3. The dining area is well decorated, but it is often seen that there are few guests in the whole room, but there is no clean table top available. The guests do not clean up or wipe after the meal, which is worse than a roadside stall.
Also because the dining and production are divided into two locations, the problems and reactions of the guests cannot be directly observed as before. The person preparing the meal does not have to face the guest directly, and the guest can directly go to the food delivery staff who do not know how to do it. Communication may be one of the reasons why meals are getting worse.
In short, after the decoration update, the environment is cleaner than before; the ordering machine is not as useful as the heads of the older sisters; a separate dining area is created, but it is completely indifferent. If the quality of the meal cannot be stabilized, at least there must be direct feedback Mechanism? When I went to eat recently, the business was really much worse than in the past. It can be seen that the boss has learned from other restaurants, but learned a little bit from the East and the West, and in the end it became quite different.
