餐廳位於溪州大橋旁邊,所以很好找。雖然餐廳提供的停車位不少,可是到假日用餐的尖峰時間,還是會稍嫌不足。 今天因為我們只有三個人,所以點了兩道魚料理,跟兩道菜: 1. 開胃菜(滷豆干):這個開胃菜真的好吃,豆干香Q,不硬,在淋上蒜蓉醬,真的是好吃。 2. 五更腸旺:算是中規中距的菜,不過豬血是給很多。 3. 油悶茄子:我覺得不錯吃,茄子真的用油煮到很軟爛,入口即化。 4. 糖醋魚肉:偏酸,我是可以接受,魚肉的份量也多,炸的也外酥內軟,感覺尚可的一道菜。 5. 蒜泥魚肉:每次到活魚餐廳時,我必點的一道菜,可以吃出魚肉的鮮度與廚師水煮火候的功力,至少這間的這道菜,我覺得是有水準。不過,因為今天這道菜我不知道為什麼可以等了快40分鐘才上菜,所以扣分。 另外,我覺得有個缺點是關於米飯,他們家的米飯米心很硬,整個米粒沒彈性與黏性,所以今天我一碗飯吃一半就不想吃了。

第一次來,四人6菜1500內 土雞肉17:30就沒了,要去之前最好電話先預定! 1-土雞很嫩,很鮮甜,完全沒有奇怪的雞肉味 2-溪蝦炸的很香酥口感很好 3-豆瓣魚好吃!魚肉很嫩很鮮,要小心大魚刺 4-悶桂筍也很好吃,湯也好喝 5-炒水蓮 6-炸銀絲卷 裡面我覺得最好吃的就是土雞肉 因為生意好,人手不足,老闆娘都叫我自己來XD 就食物跟價錢來說,我覺得CP值不錯!下次一定還會來!也會推薦給朋友

*活魚(草魚)*($150/斤 料理費另算) 宮保:這是我最愛的料理方式!有點微辣,很夠味卻不會太鹹,每來必點! 鐵板:黑胡椒香氣四溢,本來是想換換口味嘗試新的料理方式,意外成為自己的口袋名單!下次來還會想再點! 炸塊:外層的炸皮不會太厚,調味也不會太鹹,魚吃起來很鮮甜、Q彈、好吃。 蒜泥:不怕嘴巴充滿蒜味的朋友一定要嘗試!魚肉配上清爽簡單的調味,也是最能品嚐到魚新不新鮮的料理方式。 糖醋:酸甜的糖醋醬配上酥脆的魚很下飯,但還是要注意會有小刺哦! 泰式辣椒:平常喜歡吃酸辣調味的人可嘗試,通常選用魚尾的部分做料理。 清蒸:與一般餐廳的清蒸魚不同,上頭淋上鹹冬瓜,整體偏鹹較普通。 砂鍋/味噌湯:通常魚頭都是以湯的方式去做料理,料理方式有味噌跟砂鍋可選,味噌偏鹹,砂鍋的湯料很豐富。 *鮮菇水蓮*($180) 正常發揮,吃肉也要吃菜~ *地瓜葉*($150) 川燙過的地瓜葉淋上蒜頭滷汁,上桌後拌一拌,吃起來相當清爽。 *滷豆干*($--) 只有現抓活魚才有提供的小菜,香Q的大黑豆干淋上蒜蓉醬,很開胃、好吃。(小缺點是現場客人太多時店家不會提供) - 桃園溪洲大橋橋頭的活魚餐廳,店家附有專屬停車場,停車很方便。 - 喜歡這間店的活魚料理,魚很新鮮、調味也合胃口。這間適合多人一起來吃,直接跟店家說想要大概幾斤的魚,再選擇喜歡的料理方式。我們家通常都是點8-10斤,約可做五吃。 - 2022/2/13可能受疫情影響,雖是假人但客人偏少,感覺店家不管是配料還是醬料都比較多!這次的用餐體驗反而比之前好! - 有提供免費熱茶,需和店家索取才會提供哦!
