★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是在地人，其實這間圖書館不錯了，真的會有小孩在吵鬧，但是至少設備都不錯，而小孩吵鬧的部分其他圖書館也蠻嚴重的，基隆的圖書館也是很多人在大聲，再說這間也離七堵市區蠻近的，走路就可以到，百福圖書館還要搭火車或公車，所以是在地人的話就別太挑剔啦，以上，個人淺見

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書太少，就算找到也不齊全，條碼編列系統差，同作者同系列的書居然可以歸到完全不同的幾個櫃子去，自己先上網查了確認書在館內，找半小時找不到，之後好聲好氣請問館員居然回答她也不清楚，常態性一個看言情小說，一個在聊天，吹冷氣玩手機的屁孩多，鬼吼鬼叫的小屁孩更多，都不知道圖書館的功能在哪裡了！
九點開館五點關門，四點半就不讓人辦理借書了。
