★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天經過這區，剛好看到這家牛肉麵小店，就點了紅燒牛肉細麵 ， 除了細麵外，還有其他的粉麵可以選擇，而且還有滷味好像不錯，不過今天比較趕時間，所以就沒有點別的了！當店員端上那碗熱騰騰的麵過來時，就嗅到那股很香的中藥香料味，很熟識的感覺，但即使喝了很多口，還是說不出是什麼。湯的味道是不錯，但可能叫的是細麵，所以比較軟，沒有那種我最愛的Q彈感，牛腱方面，是切成厚片的，很軟熟，但牛肉味略感不足，可能精華都在湯內了。除了一般的酸菜外，也提供了醃辣椒比較特別。
下次會再來試一下寬拉麵及滷味。

The taste of the soup is good, but it may be called thin noodles, so it is relatively soft, and it does not have the Q-elasticity that I like most. As for the beef tendon, it is cut into thick slices and is very soft and cooked, but the beef taste is slightly lacking. Maybe the essence is in the soup. In addition to the usual pickled cabbage, pickled peppers are also available.
Next time I will try the wide ramen and lo mein.
