★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A strenuous walk with a one-way distance of 1.6 km from Xiaoyouken Visitor Centre to Mt. Qixing that leads hikers meandering in dense 2-meter-tall arrow bamboo meadows and passing by geological amazement spots to the scenic summit for stunning panoramic views. This is definitely a perfect place for visitors to have an enjoyable half-day journey, and burn their body fat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked from Xiaoyoukeng to Menghuan pond, nice view easy walk, though some parts were very steep, would be easier to walk with the sticks. For people don’t have car or don’t want to drive, there is bus 108 driving along all the spots in the Yangming mountain area, start from Yangming mountain bus terminal goes to Lengshueikeng then back to bus terminal. If you like to try hot spring, the bus no 1717 to Ginshan direction, will bring you to the hotspring area. We tried 日月農莊, NTD150 per person for the entry or you can pay NTD 100 when you order meal NTD700+, hot spring after hours of walk, followed with a delicious pineapple bitter gourd chicken soup is really a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good view and not too difficult to reach the peak. Light smell of sulfur compare to other hot spring field. Do recommend to come over every season except raining day. The stairway is slippy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite Mountain in Taipei City. I used to climb to the top of the mountain on weekends. The view is fantastic and beautiful while going to the top. Take your time to stay a little bit and enjoy the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hike here on Monday, April 4, 2022. During that time the wind was blowing so hard (above 20km/h), Temperature was about 14⁰C, drizzling since low clouds passing the mountain. and unable to see the view below the mountain. It's recommended to wear hiking shoes. Stairs are quite steep.
