★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beach without a grain of sand. Very relaxing to just sit down and watch the wave of the ocean. The sea of clouds over the mountains at the back is added magic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much visit place in hualien if you like sea which meets sky. Ferocious sea, light breeze and full of pebbles. After spending time at the beach gazing clouds hanging over the mountains, you can take a walk in the park. If you are in hualien for more than a day, then do not miss this place. And please keep in mind, you hardly get taxi to get back from here so arrange your own transportation. Public buses are once in an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous park, with beautiful views of the ocean and pebble-beach. Busses come every hour or so, and there are stalls selling jewelry and snacks to take a peek at as well. Just don't get too close to the water, the waves go higher up and are faster than you think!

Fresh air good for your lungs amazing seaside with beautiful colourful stone and marble. Once you arrive your body and mind will have comfort sensation.....next time I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very long stretch of beautiful pebble beach. The beach is filled with beautiful stones. You can spend hours walking and picking through some beautiful lovely stones. The sounds of the waves is awesome.
We saw some dead puffle fish - not sure why they died ... Poor things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nice medium- sized seaside park is located next to the airbase. There are clean toilets, sun shades, and stands with vendors selling snacks and souvenirs. The beach is pleasant, but it was blisteringly hot on the day we visited (bring sunblock and shade). I assume it’s a great place if you’re into plane spotting or aviation photography. Most the vendors weren’t open where we were there so I’m not sure exactly what’s available. Personally I think that this would be a good place to relax in the early evening.
