★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20190331本次由捷運北投站經丹鳳山、軍艦岩、奇岩山往捷運唭哩岸站的行程。來到奇岩山西峰就算是今天登山的最後階段。奇岩山西峰，67m，基石位於山頂墳墓後方偏左，北市三角點14號 。
要往奇岩山西峰必須要從登山小路(走向東華公園方向)再往右走之後會看到墳墓 奇岩山西峰基石是在墳墓左側小路邊，繞過去就可以看到了 走過墳墓的時候還是尊敬一點好。附近還有一個相當特別的日晷亭，可惜附近蚊蟲有些多，沒辦法好好停下來休息。

There is also a very special sundial pavilion nearby, but there are a lot of mosquitoes nearby, so there is no way to stop and rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給兩顆是為了平衡評價，尤其是為了接往奇理岸山或軍艦岩，這一條山路其實潛伏危險（尤其天候不佳更危險）因這山頭小路很多穿插，但有幾條其實是傾斜度非常高且腳踏處是草根支撐的（非實土）下面就是山崖，腳踏處許多都是斜下山啀非平路，而當中有一些夜總會穿插出現，若是同行者體力跟身手好或設備全，可ㄧ試，若是想輕鬆爬山踏青或帶家眷，非常不建議（以上為平衡評論之處）若除此之外，愛山探險者應該或覺得走得有樂趣，但小心別受傷不然大概只能用直升機救助。

有些步道，旁邊都有欄杆可以當扶手，
只是石頭階梯青苔多，下雨天易滑!小心！
