起士是跟蛋液一起拿去煎所以吃的時候已經完全融化
九層塔添加了香氣
而且醬也先刷在裡面所以餅皮不會濕濕的
蛋餅皮好Q好好吃

，餅皮吃起來也滿Q的。
但可能時間晚了去吃有點油耗味，單咬到皮沒有料的地方，油味更凸顯，這點有點在意。
辣椒醬太鹹不辣，想要辣一點老闆就多塗一些，反而過鹹。
