★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提前約好了一點半看板子，也問說要不要留聯絡方式說不用。結果提早到現場等到1:40仍然沒看到有人在現場，聯絡店家還找不到跟我們約好的接待人員。幾經輾轉才知道約好的業務小姐居然忘了？1:50說等20分鐘仍然又直到2:20才有人慌忙趕到。查看了知道是有記錄約客人介紹，但卻放客人鴿子？那當初為何不留聯絡方式？事務處理的流程是不是有問題？雖然接替的人員態度很好且說明清楚，但出這種包已經讓人不敢把後續工程託付給店家。
