★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生菜春捲蝦子竟然只有半隻（對切），從側面看以為是一隻。海鮮河粉料很少，只有2隻蝦子、2個蛤蠣、2片豬肉，CP值低又不好吃。
 There was only half of the shrimp in the spring roll with lettuce (cut in half), and I thought it was one from the side. There are very few seafood pho ingredients, only 2 shrimps, 2 clams, and 2 slices of pork. The CP value is low and it is not tasty.

Braised Beef Hor Fun has a curry flavor, so I'm not used to it. The spring roll wrapper is a bit dry and not moist enough.

當然清湯系列也是非常用心美味唷！
還是大力推薦紅燒牛肉+現烤法國面包組合
注意平日晚上正常只營業到八點唷，假日則會有蜂擁而來的越南同鄉聯誼會（哈），住在佳里區能平日來用餐真好～

I highly recommend the braised beef + freshly baked French bread combination
Note that on weekdays it is normally only open until eight o’clock in the evening. On holidays, there will be a crowd of Vietnamese fellows (ha). It’s great to live in Jiali District and have meals on weekdays~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常清爽的湯頭，比較窄的河粉可以吸附更多湯汁，搭配一旁的辣椒跟檸檬又有另外一番風味。
青木瓜涼拌很適合的台南的夏天，每一口都清脆酸甜。
附近不太好停車，建議騎機車前往。
The soup is very refreshing. The narrower pho can absorb more soup, and the chili and lemon on the side have another flavor.
Green papaya salad is very suitable for summer in Tainan. Every bite is crispy and sweet.
Parking nearby is not very good, it is recommended to ride a motorcycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午想外帶涼拌雞肉河粉。 口頭上詢問過是否為涼拌河粉？老闆說「是」，但回家一嘗卻是「溫熱的」，有點小失望。 不過整體來說，這雞肉河粉滋味蠻棒的。 銀芽與小黃瓜條清爽脆脆口感、片塊條狀雞肉絲清香、羅勒葉點綴提味、美生菜清脆、花生碎香甜、Ｑ彈河粉條，搭配特調酸味醬汁，單視覺與氣味上就很開胃，品嘗起來更是滿足。對一個不挑食的女生來說，一碗就有飽足感了。 雖然麵條溫度與想像中的涼度有不小的落差，但總體而言算滿分。 完美的醬汁平衡了各種食材的特色味道。很棒！ 下次再來嘗試其他菜色。
