★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從捷運古亭站沿著和平西路往西走來，過了福州街之後，兩邊的街景就比較像鄉下了，行人道，或是中央安全島的樹木蔥蔥鬱鬱，但還不算是古木，路面還算寬闊。早上七點多有車輛經過，不算多。
車站只有一兩位乘客在等車。車站旁有家河馬當舖，招牌形式比較現代。
 From the MRT Guting Station along the Heping West Road to the west, after passing Fuzhou Street, the streetscapes on both sides are more like the countryside, the pavement, or the trees on the Central Safe Island, but not the ancient wood. The road is fairly wide. There are more vehicles passing at 7 o'clock in the morning, not too much.
Only one or two passengers at the station are waiting for the bus. There is a hippo shop next to the station, and the signboard is more modern.
