5/8去門市選購衣服 那天一直聽到店員喊著「消費滿$1200現折$200喔」然後去結帳時因為只開放一個櫃檯結帳,我正在結的時候後面也排了很多人,想說趕快結一結避免後面的人久等!走了之後越想越不對 覺得店員並沒有幫我折扣到$200,因此又跑回去門市跟櫃檯確認我那筆消費有沒有折扣,結果店員只回「要主動出示畫面」拜託! 是要出示什麼畫面什麼也沒說!然後每個店員就只會一直喊滿$1200折$200 這樣客人不就認為你們會主動折抵嗎?就算沒有主動折抵當下也不會主動問客人有沒有要折抵$200只要出示畫面的提醒! 然後我提出要刷退重新結帳也一副不處理的態度! 超爛! 店員跟門市活動根本不清楚

我之前都在別縣市的Queen shop購物,良好的購物經驗讓我喜歡這個品牌,因而在嘉義想買衣服也第一時間找Queen shop,結果今天逛完後,以後不會想再踏入這一間店,店內的款式相較其他門市少很多,店員服務態度都不佳,試衣間前的店員忙著服務一個看起來會買很多的顧客,忙著跟他聊天,對那位顧客以外的人的態度明顯有落差感;結帳的態度很像是被逼來上班的,他詢問我是否還要再逛逛,因為購物滿一千元,紅利點數可以折抵現金,我說不需要,之後我便詢問他是否可以查看我的紅利點數到期日,店員就非常冷漠的說不行,要自行打開app登入,自行查看,他的態度就是告知我不要問白癡問題的感覺。 我沒有要求店員要畢恭畢敬的,但是基本尊重亦或者是好好說話的態度都是必須的吧,況且我在試衣服挑衣服都會把衣服好好折疊好好掛好,我也不是奧客在那邊亂翻亂弄,不懂為什麼態度不能好一點耶。 興高采烈的出門購物,花錢讓自己心情好,還要看店員莫名其妙的反應,真的不懂耶。

結個帳讓我乾等快20分鐘 前面客人不知道是怎樣櫃檯處理很久 效率有夠差 是不會讓其他沒問題的客人先結帳嗎 之後明明就沒事也知道我要結帳 又不讓我先結?? 所以我才離開櫃檯 最後店員明明知道我是先排隊結帳的客人 卻讓後面排隊的先結 第一次在你們店購物就令人這麼不爽:) 絕對不會再踏進這家店 員工訓練請加強
