拍婚紗前上網做了好多功課查了好幾間，原本比較喜歡工作室的拍攝風格，但又想說包套比較方便，不用每個項目都自己來，所以先看了一間工作室再來才看昆娜，幫我們服務的門市顧問是Kelly，解說過程很仔細親切沒有壓力的感覺，講解完有帶我們看一下婚紗，有兩三層樓都是婚紗，比工作室多了更多選擇，不知不覺就被吸引簽約了。 去之前有事先準備喜歡的風格照片，Kelly直接幫我們推薦攝影師Vivi～風格清新 拍攝當天去了我們指定的橘子園，事前有溝通給了一些喜歡的風格照片，攝影師和燈光師很厲害的指引我們，最後成品很接近我們設想的樣子? 造型老師也滿厲害的可以事先給好照片她會做出很相近的造型，至於加價的安瓶我個人覺得不太需要，不用怕沒買會畫不好！ 最後會給問卷填寫每個拍攝的細節，所以有任何問題都可以直接說 推薦大家來找Kelly服務！真的很親切哦

在我們決定結婚了之後，便開始在網絡上看了許多家婚紗店的評論，一看到昆娜的照片就深深的被吸引，昆娜小編告知，近期有參加婚紗展，便直接報名前往參展，到婚紗展後，直奔昆娜經典婚紗櫃位，看完幾張作品及方案後，便直接下訂。 果真沒讓我們失望！！ 從一開始顧問小羽熱情及親切的接待，很有耐心的傾聽我們的需求，也很細心的介紹店裡的環境、架上的婚紗。 禮服顧問Polly依照我的身形、需求，給了許多專業的建議，也在眾多的婚紗中挑選出適合我的婚紗，在挑選婚紗的過程中，相當專業及耐心（本人選擇障礙?）。 還有攝影師阿Ben及燈光師星星，真的非常感謝他們兩個，我和我先生兩個不會拍照姿體不協調的人，在他們兩位的幽默又風趣的解說、動作指引下，慢慢放鬆，擺出來的動作也自然了許多。 每個日子裡，顧問小羽也會貼心的提醒告知預約的時間和注意事項。 昆娜～謝謝你 覺得不會後悔的選擇❤️❤️❤️

經同事的介紹，來到了昆娜婚紗 ，在服務人員的介紹下，也跟先生討論一番過後，最後還是決定在昆娜拍攝，因為真的很喜歡昆娜的禮服以及拍攝風格。 不得不讚美一下 ， 從門市Debby的服務、禮服部Polly的挑選 、彩妝師Janna 、助理小彤的幫忙以及攝影師Hank拍出來的成果 ，讓我跟先生都很滿意 無可挑剔，也在拍攝過程中充滿快樂有趣的回憶。

Came across Queena during their roadshow in Orchard Gateway. My fiancé and I had no intention of getting Pre-destination shoot done anytime soon. So when they approached us, we thought to enquire on the price. In short, we did our photoshoot in Taichung and this is my experience with Queena. The gown selection in Taichung is amazing, with an experienced gown consultant, Doris, I fell in love with the gowns that she chose for me. She is amazing and really friendly, I highly recommend her to everyone. My photographer was Ah De, he is experienced in photography and both my fiancé and I were very pleased with the photos. He managed to capture the most flattering sides of us and he is just the best. The whole experience was managed by Xiao Ma who was there to answer our questions and she’d always buy bubble tea/food for us during our stay there. She made the experience very pleasant. The crew in queena is really amazing, however I do have to highlight a few points that made the experience less perfect. First, the hidden costs. In the end we topped up an equivalent amount of what we paid for in Singapore for the package. This is ridiculous, we ended up paying more than $2000SGD extra. Many items were supposing optional but we soon realized that these items were necessary. Even photo taking venues will incur extra costs and this point was never conveyed to us initially until we were at Taichung. Second, what was promised in the package became a “misunderstanding” and was different from what we believed we paid for. I was promised my choice of gown selection (attached image) in Taichung meaning I could choose any gown I fancy. But that was not the case. Only after some argument and compromise, I got to wear the gown I wanted BUT the gown could only be worn indoor…. In Singapore, we were told that my fiance was going get a tailored suit. But when we were in Taichung, they told us that it actually meant that he could WEAR a ready-tailored suit for the shoot only. And they told me I misunderstood what was written, but that point was clearly conveyed to us by Donna in sg. We were also promised a free night scenery shoot up to 8pm, but on the day itself the photographer said there was nothing much to shoot at night… So in the end we did a casual shoot in the studio till about 7pm and that was done by Ah De’s assistant instead. Lastly, the whole experience just lacks transparency and I think its extremely crucial to be transparent in this line, especially with regards to the extra costs so that we know what we are committing ourselves to. Ya Jin (the person who sold us the package) only emphasized on how great the package was but she left out the most important detail which is the package only allows us to select 20 pictures OUT OF 250 pictures that were taken. One extra picture costs a whopping $70SGD. Being a newbie at destination shoots, I had no idea about this and she did not mention this to us AT ALL. It was also partially our fault for not being careful enough to spot it before paying. But I still feel that this point is so important and should be highlighted by the salesperson. On the day of choosing pictures, the manager in Taichung said if we topped up $2700SGD we could get all the photos. But that amount is even more than what we had paid for the package?! It is outrageous. After much compromise and argument, we topped up $1500SGD for 80 pictures. Unbelievable. All in all, the people in queena are really friendly and amazing but I wished they handled the situation better and delivered to us what was promised. After I came back to Singapore, I was told by a friend that JOJO wedding (also based in Taichung) offers ALL Singaporean & Malaysian couples all the original pictures taken at no extra cost. I feel so upset and I can’t help feeling cheated because we topped up so much extra. Hope this post can help future couples to plan better and make a more informed decision before committing.
