先前已經預約好一個固定的時段看房。
時間到了已在接待中心門口尋找停車位,就先打電話表示會晚個3分鐘左右到。通話時櫃檯人員沒提說接待中心有提供賓客停車位,反而還說我們這樣就不能看房了。真的很扯。
最後我們還是趕快停好車(晚不到5分鐘)進接待中心詢問,沒想到接待中心櫃台小姐一直拒絕我們。
原本這個時段是我們早就預約好的,應該是要預留下來的啊(他們不接受現場預約),為什麼差個幾分鐘就叫我們回去?
我們完全沒要求要慢慢的或全套完整的解說。(要看屋前也都是做好功課再去,只要進一步簡單了解看看實際的大小跟格局就好了。)
我們也說時間到就會走不會耽誤下一組客人的時間,難道一點都不會變通嗎?
之後應該是他們的主任吧,有來協調,但態度也不怎麼好。完完全全沒有給我們一個交代或解釋。當我解釋到一半直接打斷我說有什麼事跟他講,然後直接請另一個代銷來,真的讓人很錯愕。態度真的很差,不懂得處理事情也不懂溝通。
原本可以開開心心的買房搞到烏煙瘴氣。
還好最後由林小姐快速的帶看,雖然還是對代銷的問題避而不談。
房子的部分看完感覺不錯,整體上cp值算高,環境好。
就真的跟其他則評論說的一樣代銷很有問題。
看了那麼多間房,真的是第一次遇到這種的,超不專業,完全拉低房子的等級。
另外,第一次去現場時不知道要預約,現場只有兩位櫃檯小姐,要我們先留電話跟資料等通知。結果過幾天都沒電話通知,是我們主動再打電話詢問才安排這次的時段。

Three bedrooms price was fine, but 2 bedrooms price is Ridiculous, unbelievable high and unreasonable.
