肉很硬很多筋 咬到嘴巴酸
加了一倍肉 份量還是小 起司少
光這樣一份就$380
 Cp value too low
The meat is very hard and many tendons, and the bite is sour in the mouth
Doubled the meat, the portion is still small, the cheese is less
That alone is $380

上一次吃到這東西 是2015年在阿爾卑斯山上滑雪
讓我想起了在法國讀書的日子！
法語的讀法 應該是 "哈克雷特"
無論是馬鈴薯.肉片.酸黃瓜.還有白色一小球酸酸的洋蔥(?)都非常道地
所以比對面的牛排套餐差不多價錢，也是合理的啦

The last time I ate this was skiing in the Alps in 2015
Reminds me of my days of studying in France!
It should be pronounced "Hacklet" in French
Whether it's potatoes, sliced meat, pickled cucumbers, and a small white ball of sour onion(?)
So it's about the same price as the steak set on the opposite side, which is also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! Thought I'd have to go to London to try Raclette cheese but turns out we have it right here in Taipei! I can't tell if it's authentic but it was great. I do like Emmental cheese sightly more tho. And the cheese crust is the best.
Get any cheese+100%beef. Comes with potato and garlic bread and mustard(?).
Must eat while hot!
