★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for fireworks seeing. Not full of people compare with taipei101 xinyi district, easy to find spot without other people‘s distractions. Love the atmosphere here with my lovely gf. Walking along the river and enjoy the cozy wind. I came here from Neihu and it took me around 40mins to walk here.
