櫃檯是不是有卡到什麼~明明是同一家診所感受卻是兩樣情~我還以為是我自己的問題,藥劑師真的時間很寶貴(男生),建議領藥時帶錄音筆不要多問否則會有意想不到的回應及眼神及臉色!因為醫生很專業⋯還是會去!

醫生人非常好、態度也好、非常耐心,但是裡面的驗光師真的是有待改善,櫃台跟我們說是29號,我們就在裡面的座位等,完全沒有離開過,可是等了1個小時都還沒換到我們驗光,後來是有個人去驗光結果他忘記他的號碼是幾號,那個驗光師跟他說他是42號,我們直接傻眼,單子就那一疊難道還選案子驗光的嗎??憑什麼我們先掛號一直在等,後來我們被叫號去檢查醫生也很茫找不到驗光的結果,讓我們先出去檢查,我真的很不懂,號碼小的不是該先看嗎??如果說是那些老人要先滴眼藥水,那我們也能先讓,可是跳號跳13號太誇張了吧,我們後來問說我們29號為什麼42號還有其他人可以先看,那個肉肉帶眼鏡的驗光師還問我們什麼意思,怎麼?我們說的話很難懂嗎?來了這麼多年去複診,第一次這麼誇張,等到脾氣都出來了,當我們時間很多嗎?人手已經這麼不足了,還來一個服務脾氣這麼不好的,每次講話都很不客氣,真的是有待強力改善,不會再來了。
