★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese ramen business is very competitive in Taipei area. Many restaurants are unable to survive. However, this one at Banqiao station is constantly packed. Why? Because it's ramen is outstanding and you don't need to spend a lot of $. Plus, there's no 10% service charge.The only thing negative is its tea. It tastes like it added bleach. Wish they serve water instead.

A wide variety of reman, rice and sides to choose from.
The noodles are cooked perfectly not too soft, the broth is amazing, strong with flavour. You can add more noodles for free.
The price is cheap because you can keep refilling of noodles for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Ordering is made super easy with tablets. Ramen is delicious. Surprised at how good the veggies are. It's crowded but service is fast, so you don't have to wait long. Would come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best ramen shops I have ever been for the soup, egg, and cha shao, in any place, including Japan. Definitely the best soft centre egg ever. Ample egg taste with good depth of marination yet soft and creamy yolk. The only complaint would be the noodle itself. I guess they are constrained with the all you can eat offer that they can’t serve high enough handmade quality noodle for it. Still a very good ramen shop.
