Stumbled upon this salon when I came to eat nearby. The staff is so friendly, they squeezed me in for nearly a 5 hour appointment on pretty short notice. Joel is absolutely amazing! He did a smoothening treatment on me along with a haircut. I am incredibly pleased with the results as he delivered exactly what I asked for. The salon is clean, modern and conveniently located near the blue line. I highly recommend this salon for all of your hair needs.

Andy is the best for balayage! I’ve gotten my hair done a lot in the states but the quality of his work is so much better! Always very pleased with how my hair looks walking out of the salon.

I don't really write reviews, but this was an exception. I went to get a balayage at another salon and they completely messed up the color/style. I had asked for a brown balayage and gotten blonde instead. Within an hour after my appointment, I immediately searched up another salon and found RAYIN HAIR. They asked me to come in for a consultation and reassured me that they have had previous customers who have been in similar situations like mine. Andy was super patient, listened to everything I told him and he gave me suggestions and recommendations as to how I should proceed forward with my problem. When I came back for my appointment, Andy was extremely professional and did the impossible. My hair turned out to be better than what I had expected. Andy is able to know what you want and what suits you best. After my appointment, he told me ways to take care of my hair, etc. I am so grateful to have found this place that basically saved my life! The place is super clean and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend :)

Really enjoyed my experience at this salon. All the staff were really friendly and great to talk to. Gary did my hair and it was incredible. Loved how the color turned out and overall the process was very enjoyable. Bonus there’s a dog at the salon :)

Really happy with my first visit. Not only the coloring result is great, but also their delicate technics and perfectionism. I would absolutely come back again. Thank you Ray and the cute lady whom i forgot to ask name of.. :)

hey mah dudes! for ya’ll foreigners (or non-foreigners), here is a review: to start off, the receptionist was super nice and it was super easy to book an ppoitnment. I don’t suggest booking late, but we booked the day before (we got really lucky because I assume they’re usually packed!) and it was super easy through facebook messenger! You can send them pictures of what you would like and so forth. On the day of the appointment, we got to start early! My sister was booked for 2 PM and got to go at 1:30 PM while I was booked at 4 PM and started at around 3 PM. Andy first asked me about what I wanted and told me some suggestions. I wanted to go platinum blond at first but then he suggested (did not force) that I go with an ash brown color. And after second thought, I decided to go with that! The whole process was great. Andy is super experienced so if you are scare of someone messing up your hair, definitely go for this (though it is a bit on the pricey side esp. in Taiwan, but you get quality), so before you book the appointment, ask and check for prices! Andy was super experienced and the whole process was relaxing. I’m not usuAlly a shy person, but when I first meet someone, it can be hard for me to say what I want (esp in chinese). The process was great and at the end he told me how to take care of my hair and such. He won’t force you to buy products, etc. (which is great) and yea! Definitely would recommend :)

Been getting my hair done by Andy for years now. Coloring design is on point every time! & super gentle on my hair. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming too. Even though at first, my Chinese wasn’t very good. We still tried our best to have conversations together.

My first hair dyeing experience was here, I am very satisfied and glad to choose Otto, he is very nice and patient. So if you have any questions about styling, I would recommend this salon to you!
