*****Dead on Arrival******. Shipping it back and asking for a refund. There are many cases of the Razer 14 AMD that are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan that are DOA. Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using Razer products for over 5 years now. I have come to the conclusion that they genuinely DO NOT CARE about the customer. I have purchased 2 headsets and attempted to use their warranty but they have repeatedly told me that it would take long and buying a new one is always better. Now after my second headset has broke (cups are worn out and torn) They have insisted that they are just a store that sells products. We don't really do customer service and we have no way to help you even if we wanted to. After, an angered response, the employee simply said nothing. As if, okay, do you get it? WE don't care and we don't help! There is no ounce of concern or accountability. NICE COOL STORE but your products, product warranty, employee attitude, response and training is a big fat zero.
