這種服務態度好意思叫台南旗艦店? 我站在汽座區邊看邊摸20多分鐘也沒看到一個店員來詢問我要不要幫忙或者來跟我介紹 這也就算了 走去櫃檯說我想要看汽座之後又再汽座區等了近20分鐘才有人緩緩的走過來 然後跟她詢問了一台汽座價錢查了10分鐘還沒給我回覆 我就看著你們櫃檯那最少也有4個人在那邊 有用手機的 有聊天的 有不知道在幹嘛的全部站在都在那 這樣的情況已經不是第一次了 之前的店員都會很親切很主動的過來詢問或者很熱心的介紹 現在這些完全就都是事不關己好像很不缺業績跟營業額一樣 感覺真的有夠差 這不能給負星星數 不然早就給-5顆星

如果有負顆星真的很想給負星 以前的員工服務態度真的好到爆炸 家長不懂的詢問都會給到完善的答案 讓人很想去門市消費 但這幾個月的門市人員 態度差到爆 裝忙的裝忙 不理的不理 就連詢問了也當作沒聽到 要問好幾次才會回覆 給的答案卻是模凌兩可 今天去消費 門市客人不多(根本沒幾位)全部的人卻是站在櫃檯滑手機 有問題要詢問尺寸是否有貨也裝沒聽到 草草回答 這是門市人員應該有的態度嗎? 怎麼敢說自己是旗艦店呢? 真希望公司可以死員工訓練再更完善吧 或者把以前的員工請回來 全台婦嬰用品這麼多真的不用特地到貴門市受氣唷:)

近期前往消費真是傻眼,人員專業度、態度、服務上真是跟以前差超級無敵多,以前的員工服務好到爆!換了一批不知重哪裡來的新員工後,真是爛到爆! 今天去購買結帳人員,不知是沒吃飯還是我欠他錢,聲音可以說是氣音,臉臭到不行! 整個賣場死氣沈沈,東西是都沒整理嗎?架上亂七八糟! 問個東西都不知道! 如果老闆,你有看到大家的留言,奉勸你趕快把原本的人員請回來,不然你的生意真的會越來越差! 我可是你們的忠實客戶!買了兩年多了!也花了不少錢!但目前變這樣,真的很讓人失望,我如實說出,有何不可?員工素質就是跟之前差……….很多很多很多很多很多很多!以前是好到我都覺得不用這麼客氣!現在是……..在幹嘛!!該檢討的是你們!而且這現象已經至少三四個月了!該訓練的也該訓練有績效了吧!還是沒有,今天前往購買感覺更是誇張!所以我說從哪裡來的有何不可??看了那麼多負評!你不擔心嗎?

從2019小孩未出生買到2022了。 但近期兩個月都沒有再看到那些熟面孔員工,以前站在商品前面想詢問的時候,店員會親切的回:「需要幫忙嗎?」 然而現在的新店員們都是巡邏深怕東西不見,一看有人有問題也不會主動搭理,需要你更大聲喊住或更靠近他們才會知道你有困難,甚至問了也會得到「不知道可能要去櫃檯詢問哦」^_^ 但是今天我又再次站在櫃檯等結帳等了20多分鐘是2位店員結4位客人。 這已不是第一次,大概是第三次讓我等到不耐煩還會上來看評論,發現最近大家都感受到服務變差了。 我真的覺得很可惜,以前真的5顆星的評價,一有需要都會積累來南紡麗兒采家大買,現在我卻眼看快要輪到我結帳,把月亮澡盆跟所有選購要送人的消毒鍋、包巾全歸回去了! 最後還是要說商品非常多樣齊全,可以一次購足所需也能比較各種品牌,真的很不錯,只要你不要求服務品質、等待花費的時間。
