現場一開始簡單溝通一下髮型後, 設計師拿了帳單過來發現價錢跟當初詢價差非常多,感到很疑惑,向設計師詢問後,他幫我微調了價格,卻依舊沒有解釋價格包含哪些項目(我想知道的是這個價格怎麼算的),再問一次他才解釋他幫我升級護髮,但前面完全沒問我或向我說明,就自作主張幫我升級護髮(超級貴),真的問號,個人是覺得有種差點被騙的感覺。 更傻眼的是,助理(一個頭髮長度及肩有瀏海的女生)的服務態度極差,洗頭動作非常粗魯(人生第一次在髮廊洗頭髮洗到水流到衣服裡面);上燙髮藥劑的時候,藥劑直接噴到我臉上完全沒有一句道歉,整個顧客體驗非常差,當下只想趕快把頭髮弄完趕快離開,絕對不會再回訪。 補充一下,髮型成品還ok,僅針對服務給予負評一顆星

我做的項目是 染+燙(髮根)+剪+護髮 回家發現肩膀一堆染劑殘留.... 助理洗頭很粗魯,到底是洗髮還幫洗背....? 起碼她的手掌到手軸都伸進我衣服裡面幫我洗背... 助理很辛苦,但我也洗得非常不舒服。 反應不要洗頭時將水管頭直接放在我額頭上根本不改善,雖然我表示不舒服她道歉,我態度也沒有很差或很兇,但請想一下當助理的手+水管頭都在你的額頭上"休息"+水流的重量,真的很不舒服!!!!! 離開前幫我整理頭髮外觀看起來都很正常,回家頭髮較塌以後(呈現最自然的樣子)才發現頭髮的層次打得非常誇張.... 我事後也向該名設計師反應我頭髮層次問題跟染劑殘留等問題 當然她也很客氣的道歉並承諾我回去她幫我修剪,但我對於這次的消費經驗感受非常非常差,我也沒辦法再信任該名設計師,故只有反應感受無再回去修剪。 總結:如果你是網美網紅去剪免錢的或是業配,免錢還是怎樣的當然沒資格要求甚麼。但如果是自己花錢去剪,拜託三思吧完全不推薦!!!!!!!!!!  我當天消費金額$8200,以上。
