Renting an office here, the quality is getting worse and worse, and even the daily tea drinks are getting less and less.
Air conditioning maintenance will not take the initiative to inform instructions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯的人員其實人都很好很用心，但是整個Regus系統就是爛到一個炸裂。三不五時都會有租戶因為被亂扣款、合約爭議、辦公室環境劣化卻無法處理等等問題在跟Regus吵架。使用體驗“極差”，這裡的好評我猜大多都是櫃檯人員受於上頭壓力去跟租戶員工人情拜託來的。
The staff at the counter are actually very nice and attentive, but the entire Regus system is rotten to the point. From time to time, tenants will quarrel with Regus because of arbitrary deductions, contract disputes, and the deterioration of the office environment. The user experience is "very poor". I guess most of the good reviews here are due to the pressure from the counter staff to ask the tenants' staff for favor.
