★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hot spring facility. This town is the only place in Taiwan with mud type of hot spring. The room and hot spring area is very large with 2 huge pool in room for alternating between a hot and cold pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was okay for the price paid, rather affordable. There were two cold springs and two hot springs, all shared. One of them was a mud bath, the other was a lavender bath. Also, there was a small steam room and a small sauna. Hot showers and lockers were provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Taiwan, you’d need to choose hot springs with in-room bath. Reikei has several of those rooms. Price is not expensive. Breakfast is okay. Room quality can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mould throughout the bathroom, the towels were ripped and falling apart, the vanity starting to rot. The roof in the bedroom wallpaper starting to peel. The air con and heating don't work. Really for $7000twd a night there are better hot spring hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 rooms with private hot spring spa. When on check in rooms was not ready and faced with unprofessional frontline staff. Breakfast was included menu has not much food and some trays are not refilled. To players and cutlery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place to visit with families, lovers, young couples and friends. Its clean and spacious. The hot spring bath is refreshing. Beautiful scenery with mountains background views.I feel the can add more lighting because I felt it was dark. But overall, I'm enjoying my stay!

There are mud hot spring, fragrant hot spring and 2 cool well for you to soak in the public hot spring service. You have to prepare the swimsuit, towel and swimming hat for yourself.
It's super comfortable and nice hot spring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The TV is really old and the thermostat is hard to adjust. The room was very dark and doesn't have a lot of lighting, even during the daytime. The hot spring bath is nice. Thr wifi connection was very bad in the room. :( Expected more out of the place but it was just okay. The room doesn't feel very clean and they recycle their slippers for reuse with other guests
