There is 3 route in this train station. Take the longest one to have the best experience. Remember to book ticket in advance too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remains of bridge built by the Japanese and abandoned until it was destroyed by earthquakes. What is left of the bridge is nice. The area is pretty rural and suitable for a half day excursion. If many visitors come at the same time parking can be difficult. There are toilets and two or three food stalls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a perfect day to visit the broken bridge. The weather was perfect and the sky was incredibly blue. This is a beautiful place to learn about some local history and enjoy the lovely scenery. There are also plenty of great Hakka snacks and other foods in the area to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remains of a bridge. You can take a tram ride around to view the scenery. Apparently there are a few routes to choose from. Location wise, it is bad. There is not much to do in the area and it is up in the mountains. Drive carefully and avoid going there in the evening.

The broken bridge was built for railroad use, an earthquake in 1935 destroyed the it. We came here years ago when it was just a sight to see.
Now the city has made it into a wonderful attraction with convenient parking and cafes around the area. There is even a walking trail to get really close to the bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a quiet places . You can see the broken bridge and you can buy a ticket to try on the old version train .
Also you can visit the strawbery garden .
If you have time you can camping ? here .
1 more thing. There is a nice coffee ☕ shop here .
You can ride bike or car , taxi to here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be much better if there were signs and posters narrating the history behind the bridge.
The merchants area is busy but the public bathrooms are pretty disgusting! No toilet paper available. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not far away from the juncture, pretty well organized with proper parking. Even though the remain of the bridge is a bit underwhelming, it’s history is still captivating.
