★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to run in this park. The local cockroaches are very nice and helpful, they are always there with me and help me to do my exercises.
3 weeks ago I was lying down to do the Exercises for the abdominals and i found one in my hair, I continued to dance to be able to drop it out from my long hair
. And I must say that if I continue to run away and perform the tip tap to be able to defend myself from cockroaches, I will reach my goal: to lose 5 kg.
