1.把新鲜草魚片用醬油，酒，葱薑蒜醃漬2-4小時。2.用中火煎炸魚片至稍焦黄。3.将炸好之魚片放入糖水漬約十分鐘。4.把糖水漬好的魚片連同葱薑蒜醬汁及糖水放入鍋中，中小火慢烧約四十分鐘，湯汁稍乾取出放涼即可。小心不要烧焦了！
Authentic Shanghai Smoked Fish Method
1. Marinate fresh grass carp fillets with soy sauce, wine, green onion, ginger and garlic for 2-4 hours. 2. Fry the fish fillets over medium heat until slightly browned. 3. Put the fried fish fillets into sugar water for about ten minutes. 4. Put the fish fillets soaked in syrup together with the onion ginger garlic sauce and sugar water into the pot. Slowly cook for about forty minutes on a medium-to-low heat. The soup is slightly dry, and then let cool. Be careful not to burn it!

In the past few days, the faint March day, the gorgeous azaleas on Ren'ai Road are in full bloom! It’s been a few years since I went to work and picked up on a drizzly March day. I saw the azaleas in full bloom on both sides of the Renai Road Expressway, which is worth mentioning in Taipei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忠孝，仁愛，信義，三條大道，早上七八點，都是車水馬龍，但是仁愛路的行人沒有忠孝，信義的多，仁愛路車子不少，但是也沒像忠孝信義那樣，多到擁擠的地步，而且，摩托車不多。
這個公車站一下車，往右的杭州南路，可以到以前台灣大學的法學院(現在可能已經閒置了)，台北商專，還有成功中學，往左，斜對面是交通通訊傳播大樓，還有中華電信的大樓。
Loyalty and filial piety, benevolence, faith, and three avenues, at 7:00 in the morning, are all busy, but the pedestrians of Renai Road have no loyalty and filial piety, and there are many Xinyi roads. However, they are not as crowded as Zhongxiao Xinyi. Moreover, there are not many motorcycles.
Get off at this bus stop, go to Hangzhou South Road on the right, you can go to the law school of Taiwan University (now may be idle), Taipei Business School, and the successful middle school, to the left, diagonally opposite the traffic communication building, and Chunghwa Telecom's building.
