夏天沒胃口可以來吃這家 屏東特有名的涼麵 價格上算是蠻親民的 份量必須點大的 不然小的真的份量太少了 味道上 麻醬的味道蠻濃的 只是有點微酸 配上小黃瓜跟豆芽菜 還有花生粉 增加口感的層次度 而麵條也很Q彈 還蠻好吃的??? 小菜價格也算還行 一份才30元 但它的醃蘿蔔 我沒有很喜歡 它的辛香料味道太重 變成有種很奇葩的味道 這也是我沒給5星滿分的原因

外帶買兩份大份加辣涼麵,給的是原味不辣涼麵(傻眼),涼麵內沒有小黃瓜,少一味(減料),大份的麵量蠻少,女生吃也不夠,建議麵可以再多給一點,龍鬚菜太硬的莖不要下去煮,咬不爛(口感差)請改善~

1959的開創的老品牌,賣了一甲子的老味道 我從國小開始吃到少女再吃到為人妻然後再吃到為人母,今天又帶著已經國小的鵝子來朝聖媽媽從小吃到老的任家涼麵~我也快吃了一甲子的老味道,哈⋯哈⋯?? 份量真的一年比一年少~ 當時我跟另外一個有穿員工的服店員講,我需要辣椒另外給,不要直接放在涼麵裏~ 然後一個不知道是店裡資深的員工還是主管或者更是板娘,總之就是沒有穿任家工作服的在旁邊跟有穿工作服的店員說把辣椒直接放進去涼麵,然後又回頭來問我把辣椒直接放到涼麵裏,然後我再一次更詳細解釋為甚麼要把辣椒另外包⋯等等之類的解釋了一堆給這個沒有穿工作服的主管或是板娘⋯然後穿工作服的店員也都一直在旁邊察言觀色沒有穿工作服的~整個工作時間裡一直在揣摩上級的指示~ 其實我把過程講很多的原因是,既然是賣一個甲子以上的老品牌了,店家自己訂的標準,然後自己又沒有按照標準在服務客人,這樣做你的員工真的很辛苦,會不會很難共事,那店家自己訂的標準,然後自己又莫爾兩可的在執行,重點是還要客人多次解釋原因,真的有失一個主管或板娘的高度,這樣管理真的有失觀感~ 少給一顆心原因是希望未來店家更要為自己訂的標準就要執行的更優化~
