From 1994 to 1997, the first phase of the school building project was planned and supervised by Li Yirong Architects, Xin City Construction Co., Ltd. contracted, the project cost was NT$ 105 million, and Yidong Construction Co., Ltd. contracted the first phase reduction restoration and sports ground and other peripheral ancillary projects, and the project cost was NT$ 15 million; The school has also formally enrolled students since the 1997 school year. In that year, it enrolled 3 classes for each of the first and second grades, with a total of 166 students. From 1997 to 100, the second phase of the school building project was contracted by Yidong Construction Co., Ltd. The project cost was NT$100 million and NT$10 million. From 102 to 104, the third phase of the school building project was planned and supervised by Chen Zhenyan Architects and was contracted by Zhengxin Construction Co., Ltd. The project cost was about NT$100 million and 10 million. During this period, Taoyuan County was upgraded to Taoyuan City. On December 25, 103, the school was renamed "Taoyuan City Daxi District Renhe Elementary School". On October 4, 104, the inauguration ceremony of "Phase 3 School Building Construction" was held. Mayor Zheng Wencan Presided over the ribbon-cutting and opening, the overall school building was completed, and the total project cost was about NT$4 billion. In the 104 school year, the ordinary classes were increased to 36 classes, the kindergarten 1 class, and another kindergarten class was added in the 106 school year. The number of students increased year by year, and the total number of students in the school was 1,127 in the 107 school year. Daxi area is rich in humanities.
