★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked 20minutes from our hotel to Minquan road just for this. A shop that has carried on the traditions for 55 years, without using msg, they cook their broth with cow bones and 10 types of chinese herbs for over 10 hours. It was 10mins before their official closing time 830pm, and the boss still warmly welcomed us. This bowl of beef and tendon noodles comes in a huge bowl of herbal cow bone soup 牛骨汤, and both beef and tendons are soft and perfectly melt in your mouth like a beautiful melody. Refreshing sour plum drink is provided free of charge. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious shop, quick food, free 桂花酸梅湯. Thick noodle is chewy and good. The little flies are very annoying, they land on my noodle....would be great if they can be made disappeared.
