★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen-Yi-Tan Reservoir is located near Lantan or Orchid Reservoir and can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes from Chiayi city center. Two reservoirs can be visited in one day or half day, depending on visitors' time schedule.
Compared to Lantan Reservoir, Jen-Yi-Tan Reservoir is more suitable for visitors who want to take time for a walk or jogging, especially on its dam area.
Jen-Yi-Tan Reservoir does have free parking space, bathroom, and is free for access . Inside the Reservoir, there are limited numbers of vendors who sell sausage, BBQ style of corn and sweet potato, coffee, and other drinks and snacks.

Usually it's very hot in south Taiwan, and there's definitely no tree or any shades.
