The service staff is a very good Russian in Chinese, and the attitude is very cordial, but it is a bit troublesome to go to the South China Bank to pay the visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦簽證的小辦公室，離世貿捷運站出口算近了。能網路登錄繳費、拿到正式寄到的單據、並到此辦簽證並繳費後，隔週拿到簽證就可以去俄羅斯了！辦事人員還不錯，會說簡單的中文，辦公室附近可以使用廁所。
The small office for visa application is close to the exit of the WTO station. After you can log in and pay online, get the official documents sent to you, and apply for a visa here and pay, you can go to Russia after getting the visa every other week! The staff is pretty good, can speak simple Chinese, and can use the toilet near the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Паспорт за полтора часа. Два паспорта. Сервис, однако. Чистота и порядок, достаточно чётко все процедуры описаны и исполнены. Люди вежливые (хоть и без балаклав). Даже отдали неиспользованные фотографии. Если бы еще приготовили кофе и сделали массаж шеи, то поставил бы 7 звезд, а так только 5.
Passport in an hour and a half. Two passports. Service, however. Cleanliness and order, all procedures are clearly described and executed. People are polite (albeit without balaclavas). They even gave away unused photos. If I had also made coffee and had a neck massage, I would have given 7 stars, and so only 5.

Chinese communication is no problem! But questions are often not answered.
Find relevant instructions: Inmo-Northern Association does not provide visa-related procedures for filling in the form of consultation and assistance. I have to spend money to find both.
