近來不太想發文
因為公告了也沒人看
還是有人臨時跑來推門而入
還抱怨打電話都沒人接
臉書和谷歌地圖上的店名都已經加上[預約制]了
門口旁也掛了相關預約公告
也一再貼文公告了還是一直有人直接殺來推門
店小二心累想躺平啦...
[預約制] [無電話] [FB私訊預約]
從去年本土新冠疫情爆發停止內用之後
開始這種營業方式至今也快一年了
網路上介紹我們的文章內容都已經過時好幾年啦~~
菜單、營業時間、預約方式
三年半以來早就隨著實際狀況滾動式修正好幾版了
最正確的訊息還是以店家的官網和臉書為主吧
疫情期間不希望太多陌生人突然開門進來詢問有沒有座位
而且不斷有人開開關關大門不僅打擾客人用餐
室內的冷氣往外散、戶外的蚊子往內飛
也一直打斷身兼多職已經焦頭爛額的店小二做事
店小二做起事來就是埋首苦幹非常專注
非常非常討厭一而再、再而三被破門而入的不速之客打斷

?我們沒有電話,內用訂位與外帶訂餐一律透過FB系統。
?不接受當天臨時訂位/訂餐,內用/外帶最晚需提前一天22:00前預約,忙碌時無暇立即查看答覆訊息。
? 為維持用餐品質,不接受臨時進場。
? FB的訂位系統就是熟客點數累積紀錄
?營業時間:
週四~週一12:00-13:30/18:00-20:00
周二、三固定公休,還會不定期公休。
?我們位置很少,慢食不翻桌,佔位置者均需低消每位$400(需各點一道前菜或咖哩)。
?若有十人以下包場需求請私訊(低消$12000/場,客製化菜單)。
?其他未盡事項店家保留詮釋及決定之權利。

This is easily one of the best I've found on the island. Fair prices as well. Only like 3 tables so might be worth calling and making a reservation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, not oily like every others Indian restaurant! They have been kind enough to prepare me special vegan dish. They ask you which level of spices you tolerate and you can ear them cooking which is proving the freshness! Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Def my fav Indian bistro in kaohsiung. Acceptable price and super delicious. Good food only comes to people who is patient enough. Everything isn’t pre made but fresh, so don’t expect they will produce the food immediately. We loved the chef’s special, vegetable okra (lady fingers). Masala chicken is as good as we expected. Don’t forget to order some butter nann. Even it’s in the alley, there are walking distance parking lots. Recommend this little cute bistro to whoever loves Indian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad that I have found this during our trip to Kaohsiung. This place is very tiny ( 11-13 sitting place at a time) and run by a gentleman from Uttarakhand, India and a gentlewoman from Taiwan. Their menu is limited but as per taste it's good and better than many established indian restaurant in Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Criminally delicious Indian food, lovingly prepared and served, enjoyed at Goon’s Bistro印度美食餐酒館. The delicacies are flavorful and fresh and today included tandoori chicken tikka, four kinds of naan ? (regular, butter, garlic and cheese), cashew green chicken curry, lamb curry amd prawn curry. Reservations strongly recommended, as the locale is not huge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很小的店一人廚房,慢工出細活,做的好吃,坦都里烤雞做的好吃,做法The raw chicken is marinated in a mixture of dahi (yogurt) and tandoori masala, a spice blend. It is seasoned and colored with cayenne pepper, red chili powder, or Kashmiri red chili powder as well as turmeric or food coloring. The skin is generally removed before the chicken is marinated and roasted.
The marinated chicken is placed on skewers and cooked at high temperatures in a tandoor oven, which is heated with charcoal or wood, which adds to the smoky flavour. The dish can also be cooked in a standard oven, using a spit or rotisserie, or over hot charcoal.
There is a range of tandoori recipes for whole grilled chicken, some of which are cooked in a tandoor and others over charcoal. These include Chirga (Roasted whole chicken); Tandoori Murgh (Roast whole chicken with almonds); Murgh Kabab Seekhi (Whole stuffed chicken on the spit); Kookarh Tandoori (Steamed chicken on spit); Tandoori Murgh Massaledarh (Whole spiced chicken on spit); and Murghi Bhogar (Chicken in the Bhogar style).
