交期很長很長很長 重要的要說三次! 能夠等的再送過來 我用貼模 其他我就不清楚了 官網上面寫的很多資訊是需要更新的 尤其是交期天數和某些服務說明和實際的有所出入 鞋子拿過去的時候是說大約一週左右會好 但是一週過了打電話過去問 店家接電話的客服說鞋子很多還要再等等 個人覺得店內服務人員打電話過去也是口氣算很好 但聽得出來有點無力感 ... 我應該是很多打電話過去問交期的其中幾個 依據台灣花錢就是神的標準應該很多人直接對這接電話的人發脾氣 想說算了 畢竟自己也做過服務業也能體諒這些人 對方畢竟是打工的 這種制度問題他們也無解 希望品牌方,老闆或主管能夠正視這個問題 至少我最近要再貼模應該會選擇其他替代方案 畢竟買了鞋子就是想要趕快穿到腳上 又要讓我等好幾週我是沒這耐性就是了 再加上這是國際品牌沒記錯的話應該是美國的 我相信收費本來就比較高 當時也是想說花稍微高點求個品質和保證 見仁見智吧 能等的還是能來 至少貼出來的東西是沒問題的 上次收到那雙是這樣 給網民參考

被這間店雷過兩次。 第一次弄丟我送洗兩雙ultra boost的鞋帶跟鞋墊,還不事先通知,到現場的取貨的時候才告知弄不見並用其他廉價替代品處理。直到反應後,才願意想辦法購買原廠產品做賠償。 本次做了boost底部補色,不但補的參差不齊,白色補漆也有畫到鞋子其他部位。一開始由我提供並請商家直接更換的新鞋帶沒換上也不見了。明顯出貨前都未再檢查過。而終於與商家取得聯繫並將鞋子重新送回處理後,經過數天都未有消息,臉書詢問才告知送貨人員未處理,需要補寄,態度消極。總時程也花了近30天。 該商家Line官方幾乎都不讀,客服也直接轉語音。只有官網留言可能經過幾天會回覆。要求後才會用以上方式聯繫你。提醒要去消費的客戶多加注意。免得和我一樣花了大錢,卻有極差的消費經驗。
