★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/24下午在七樓的房屋稅要補稅單，一個窗口的老女人口氣有夠差，不知道是想下班了還是怎樣…毛很多不幫忙處理，後來又看到她一直在低頭偷滑手機，很會摸魚…真的太誇張了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設置所謂的全功能櫃台，用意應該是分流及加速申請時間，卻在待辦民眾多達十幾人時僅有兩個承辦人員，無視諸多久候民眾。全聯都懂請支援收銀，只有行政機關不把民眾的時間當時間～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年5月23日-下滂薄大雨-在9F動線比去年-混亂復雜（PT學生下午3點半以後-不專業不用心-立旗子是＜德明財經科技大學是在4號窗口.5號後面窗口也是＞來吃午餐-領便當喝下午茶）比較去年態度差勁-
4號床口德明財經科大學生說：沒單子不能繳稅［真的很不可斯議］馬上問工作人員可以用信用卡繳嗎？也不知道怎麼辦感覺-是等很久時間《沒立馬危機處理感覺讓人不好感覺》［都在玩手機滑手機］
｛單子沒寄到家裡沒單子請問給「IC健保卡-身份證-信用卡也都給了正職工作人員無法處理」
［正職公家鐵飯碗-能力專業有問題-讓人感覺很不舒服不好-不績極-不主動-不友善在白爛］｛請公家人員-薦任簡任出來負責-有經驗的人來處理-讓我乾等超久｝
等到外面下大雨-稅捐處繳罰單快很多［還不能報稅怎麼辦］公家正職工作人員背後指示教導『怎麼會知道要使用-九年級學生所說：［報稅-要使用數位］（健保快譯通）才可以報繳所得稅』
不會解決報稅問題嗎？｝能修正並改善，會寫書函給國稅局要怎麼處理呢? 讓人覺得接到電話就一直-掛電話的單位
去年2021年5月中詢的假日-打電話
都不接電話-稅捲處逃避問題-接到電話就掛掉-［公職正職人員-沒有把事情做對-也沒做對的事情上
-非常想下班去大餐-感覺做事不用心沒專業-沒有專注自己工作上-隨便草率了事］-
將IC健保卡插入在讀卡機裡面-我就跑第二趟-已經快晚上6點-側門與大門口都已關壁
