 I use my heart to coach, and my speech is very funny. I was not good at doing exercises when I went to the gym, but now I am more daring to use the equipment. The overall class atmosphere is very pleasant!

以往在其他場地上教練課，往往需屈就在自主訓練者及其他教練課師生之間，做動作拿器材都不方便，感覺只為了收場地費，沒控股人數也沒維持環境品質。
但在萊健身這裡，環境廁所乾淨外，更可以預約教練課空間，感覺更像是專屬VIP環境一樣，還提供LAVAZZA咖啡（很特別），雖然空間不大，但相較一般健身房更顯精緻貼心，是間以學生和教練立場出發的健身房。

In the past, coaching classes on other venues often had to fall between self-trainers and teachers and students of other coaching classes. It was inconvenient to get equipment for movements. It felt like it was only for charging venue fees without controlling the number of people and maintaining the quality of the environment.
But in Lai Fitness, the toilet is clean, and the coaching class space can be reserved. It feels more like an exclusive VIP environment. It also provides LAVAZZA coffee (very special). Although the space is not large, it is more delicate and intimate than the general gym. , Is a gym from the standpoint of students and coaches.

上課輕鬆愉快、專業知識充備，不會強迫學生而是慢慢建立觀念，讓人逐步養成運動習慣變成生活的一部分，真的是很棒的體驗～推薦！
I have been studying with Coach Ryan for almost two years. Unlike other gyms that have been promoting products or contracts, they are super pushing!
Classes are relaxed and happy, with sufficient professional knowledge. They will not force students but slowly build up their ideas, so that people will gradually develop exercise habits and become a part of life. It is really a great experience~recommend!

A simple and clean fitness space. Don’t worry about chain gyms being promoted or receiving a lot of attention. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境舒適乾淨，場地雖然不大，但基本的器材和壺鈴啞鈴拳擊都有～器具的品質比運動中心好很多很多，也不用擔心像連鎖健身房一樣被盯場推課程！重點是地點超推啊啊啊～～南萬華想要運動不用再跑到西門町或古亭去了

The quality of the equipment is much better than that of the sports center. You don't have to worry about being put on the field like a chain gym! The point is that the location is super recommended~~ Nan Wanhua doesn’t have to go to Ximending or Guting if you want to exercise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5顆星的好地方！環境乾淨簡單，雖然機械器材比較少但是自主訓練很可以~ 比起其他場地這邊稍微小一點，不過卻是舒適的！如果能購入新的瑜伽墊會大加分！
A great place with 4.5 stars! The environment is clean and simple. Although the mechanical equipment is relatively small, autonomous training is very good~ It is a little smaller than other venues, but it is comfortable! If you can buy a new yoga mat, it will be a big bonus!
