★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed by their main meal. I'd say the steak was boiled rather than fried. All gray. I ordered it medium rare - and it's still extremely chewy. On top of that, it tasted a bit sour. ?
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Their seafood buffet was okay. Salmon and macaroons are delicious. But the steak simply destroyed the mood. ?
As a little suprise, the staff treated us with fried scallops. A very warm guesture from the restaurant. However, even though scallop was fried well, it was very salty. Ripple needs better chefs. ?

It’s safe to say that their service and food were worth every penny.
The food was ok, and the buffet was good. This is not an expensive restaurant (~NT$1500/person), so I did not have high expectations of meat quality.
I like their all-you-can-eat buffet, though! It contains plenty of seafood, red meats, and salads for you to pick.
