School history: Dadaocheng Second Public School (Yongle Elementary School) in 1917, relocated to the current site in 1920, Nisshin Public School in 1922, Nisshin National School in 1945, and Nisshin National Primary School in 1968. School scene features: 1. The Honglou Schoolhouse built in 1920 has been registered as a historic building in Taipei. 2. On campus there is a pavilion called "Shizhao Pavilion" built by Cai Yanrong to commemorate the parenting of Cai Aishi and Cai Chenzhao. 3. A hundred-year-old elementary school. 4. School monument-Rixin and new stele.

A good school run with heart, the teachers are serious in teaching, and the community projects are colorful. Preserving a red brick building fills the campus with antique features, This summer, the campus will build a new swimming pool and classrooms to install air-conditioning, everyone is looking forward to. Out of the campus is the Nanxi business district. Moms come to take a stroll in advance when they pick up the baby. Or have an afternoon tea at a nearby cafe, Can reshape the fighting situation when children are welcomed home!

Agree with someone's one-star review I used to study here, the campus is beautiful, but some teachers have very bad character. They will humiliate students in front of the whole class. Disadvantaged families or special education students (except gifted classes) are not suitable for this school

Deng Yuxian (1906～1944), the father of Taiwanese folk songs, was born in Longtan, Taoyuan, and graduated from Taiwan’s Governor’s Office Taipei Normal School. To commemorate Deng Yuxian, the school set up the statue Yizun in 2017. Friends who love music and local culture can visit and pay tribute. In October 2021, the renovated school building of Rixin Elementary School was completed. The new school building is located on the side of the intersection of Nanjing West Road and Chengde Road. Building, the [guild-style building] adopts the same design as the original [仕招楼]. The first and second floors of the [comprehensive building] adopt the same arched window design as the original red building, so as to integrate into the original old school building. The third, fourth, and fifth floors are designed with glass facade door frames. The staircase is placed on the side, which is an independent space with light on all sides. The lighting at night brings a stylish and modern new image to the school building.

The school is small but small and beautiful. Three generations of our family have studied in Nissin. From grandfather to grandson, everyone likes this school very much. The school has many resources related to science and technology research (self-made science and technology center). Children are very happy to learn. In addition, the school not only has sports classes, badminton teams and football teams, but also a variety of after-school talent clubs to participate in. In the future, it will be transformed into a bilingual primary school. The newly completed Wangtai Building has a swimming pool, an international language center, and an auditorium. It can only be said that Rixin's children are really lucky and happy! In short, it is highly recommended, but because the classes are air-conditioned, many grades are full, and students who want to study should plan as soon as possible. I am very fortunate that we have met very good teachers, and the children are also very happy to learn ?
