Through the system cabinet manufacturer, a TPCCH-689 flagship three-temperature (ice, cold, hot) touch heater (with water purifier) ​​was planned. It will be installed on February 25, 2022, but it will not be used until the decoration of the whole house is roughly completed, and it will not be used until the end of March. Immediately, the ice water was not iced. It was about 10 degrees at the beginning, and then it became warm water at all. On April 7th, the system cabinet manufacturer sent someone to check first, but could not find the reason, but found that a wire was worn, and notified the original factory to send someone to check. The original factory sent someone on April 13, saying that there might be no refrigerant, so they brought the machine back for repair, and also said that there are more cases where the ice water is broken recently, and it will take a week at the earliest to heal. Finally yesterday (April 27) it was repaired and replaced (there was also a reminder from the system cabinet manufacturer in the middle, otherwise it might take longer). Because this situation is that the new machine has defects (the new machine has worn wires and no refrigerant, which is dumbfounding), so we expressed through the system cabinet manufacturer that we hope to replace the new machine instead of repairing it. But the system cabinet manufacturer said that the original factory is only willing to repair. In the end, we expressed that at the very least, the warranty period should be extended, so that the "follow the good" can be extended by 3 months. Communication through the system cabinet manufacturer was not satisfactory. I also sent e-mail directly to the original manufacturer, but I did not receive a reply. I had never heard of Puli Chuang, so I was a little hesitant, but I wanted to say that since it cooperated with the system cabinet manufacturer (and only cooperated with this one), I still bought it. Unexpectedly, the luck was so bad to buy the machine king, and the follow-up treatment and attitude were also disappointing. The consumer experience was extremely poor, and they would not continue to buy their products in the future.
