★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿姨跟阿北都很認真的一直在包～阿姨說湯包裡面的餡有加一點佐料了，其實不加醬油真的好吃！加了反而鹹！雖然湯汁不多但不油～（不過六日公休以外平日不一定每天都在，有的話都下午兩點到晚上七點）

又一直在蒸籠中加熱，
湯包沒湯汁，皮也爛爛的，口感不好。
麵皮比較偏向小籠包，
不是一般薄皮的。
老闆幽默，但可能不是每個人都能接受。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出差完來一籠看了無數遍友人分享的台中隱藏版的路邊湯包，一口咬下湯汁如湧泉般噴出，而小籠包皮薄而香，越嚼越有味道伴隨著湯汁更是好吃到無法形容，不知不覺當天一個人吃了三籠還外帶打包5盒湯包回台北吃呢。
雖然沒有鼎泰豐的名氣，但聽友人說可是台中在地默默開了23年的在地低調好口味，這邊除了吃好吃的湯包喝好喝的酸辣湯跟奶茶，最讓我回味無窮的就是老闆夫妻熱情無比的招呼，每口湯包搭配上濃濃人情味更是無處可嚐的美味啊！
