★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度敷衍，我詢問醫美預付型的課程是不是不應該有使用期限，因為我已經付10次課程的全額了，至少沒使用的課程應該比例退費而不是跟你說過期了就沒辧法使用，結果女性口音很重的服務人員說合約有寫了就照合約，還說我幹嘛預付全額，萬一公司倒了也是我損失，我只有得到嘲諷完全沒得到幫助，打了第二通換了個男的也一樣，說就照合約應該會寫解約辦法什麼的，完全沒幫助的回覆，我勸大家別浪費時間了，只會一肚子氣。

At least the unused courses should be refunded proportionally instead of telling you that they will not be expired. If the company goes down, it would be my loss. I only got ridicule and didn't get help at all. The same was true when the two-pass changed to a male. He said that he would write a termination method or something according to the contract. It was completely unhelpful to reply. I advise everyone not to waste time, and I will only get angry.
