打了40通才接通就算了,接電話的根本跟我阿嬤這年紀一樣啊,講話也聽不懂,說1他說2是沒有其他人可以接電話嗎?要找上了年紀的來接.阿態度又差又不會處理事情
It doesn't matter if I call the generalist for 40, the answer is basically the same age as my grandma, and I can't understand the speech. If he says 1 he said 2 is there no one else who can answer the call? I have to find an older person to pick him up. Ah has a bad attitude and can't handle things.

服務人員態度敷衍,我詢問醫美預付型的課程是不是不應該有使用期限,因為我已經付10次課程的全額了,至少沒使用的課程應該比例退費而不是跟你說過期了就沒辧法使用,結果女性口音很重的服務人員說合約有寫了就照合約,還說我幹嘛預付全額,萬一公司倒了也是我損失,我只有得到嘲諷完全沒得到幫助,打了第二通換了個男的也一樣,說就照合約應該會寫解約辦法什麼的,完全沒幫助的回覆,我勸大家別浪費時間了,只會一肚子氣。

提出的訴求有些已經很過時了。避免電子垃圾當然是儘量推廣,而不是去質疑業界在剝削消費者,麻煩看一下國際市場已經在推動電子垃圾減量了好嗎?

第一次參加該基金會的線上論壇, 感覺管理很差, 前面約莫半小時還沒有聲音要人簽到的方式亂七八糟, 全程從開始聽到五點多結束還沒法拿到時數證明, 簡直是消費大眾
