The order is expected from February, and the delivery will be at the end of May. The delivery time has been confirmed when the order is placed. There is no phone call before delivery. More than three months have passed. After I contacted, I said that I would be one late. Delivery month, the epidemic will affect, I can understand, but I have placed an order for a long time, it makes no sense to be late. When I bought it, I couldn't turn the bed normally. The sofa cushion was just a sponge, and it sank as soon as I sat. I tried to solve it by adding a wooden board at the bottom, but it didn't improve much. If the bed cannot be turned over, it also causes the skin to be worn out. After turning the bed, the mattress cannot be turned upright by the body, so add a strap to tie it. After I still couldn’t turn it over, the boss found that it was a screw problem and asked the workers to move it. He actually scratched my super wear-resistant floor seriously during the handling. The boss refused to admit that it was for my own use. Four times, he opened his eyes and said nonsense, and was not liable for compensation. After wearing it back, improve the screws and redo the cushion, reduce the size and change the material to improve some cushions, but... the cushion has a strong pungent super glue smell, and exposure to the sun will not improve much. Such an expensive sofa is totally not worth half of the price. The actual video and the filming of the show are very different, and the material of the sofa cushion is also very different. After I bought it, I was angry many times, and I gave up.
